RIP Brian Cant

.......One for anyone born in the 1970s here; but Brian Cant, presenter on Playschool and Playaway, has passed away aged 83. I and many others in my age group would have spent their early years watching him on TV......

    Remember him well in those Playschool years, seems such simple TV now, but an important part of my youngest years.

    I always remember him as the voice in trumpton and camberwick green when i was a kid in the 60,s and early 70,s. RIP Mr Cant.
