Hi gents,

I've been offered another set of rims for my car and I fancy a change (even though I quite like these)

This is for the wheels only as I want to keep the tyres for the new set.

I can deliver as far as Scotland for £35 quid using Paisley Freight.

I think they are 18x9 and 18x8 up front.

Not sure of the offset but they don't rub and they fill the arches nicely.

There are a few marks (nothing major)

one centre cap is missing but can be bought from ebay.

More pics to follow if there is any interest

Why would you sell the best looking rims ever!

I assume they are rotas or similar- do they have any writing on the rim eg rays forged?

If they do, I'll take them

Where have I seen wheels like that before... Hehe

Definitely my favourite zed wheel, if they are genuine rota I'd be interested too could always use a spare set.

Defo not forged gents , they are anska racing Wheels.

I want some 10.5 inch split rims for it .

One of the wheels has been repaired, not during my owner ship, holds air fine and no vibration, you can't tell unless you take the tyre off .

I originally planned on 18s but I'm happy with the 19s now. Never hurts to have some spare shoes for the lady :winkiss:

Genuine Rotas? Lads nobody is copying Rota wheels they make cheap replicas of genuine JDM wheels themselves lol.

Not slating Rota's though, a lot of people use them and they're much more affordable than their genuine counterparts, personally never had a set though. Would rather have the real thing.

Anska will be the same kind of quality as Rota's at a minimum, they may even be better quality/lighter if they're a Japanese company, never heard of them though.

Rota have come a long way, it's more them copying others designs that sits badly. I believe they are now producing wheels for Toyota, apparently the new mx5 comes with Rota wheels.

Yeah definitely, their popularity has certainly enhanced their reputation as affordable wheels.

That's why they're used by manufacturers to produce OEM wheels, they're sturdy and cheap with good designs, makes sense rather than using Rays, Enkei etc as companies have done in the past as their basic ranges are still obviously more expensive than Rota's and they'll only usually be options on top spec where you'll notice they're often forged, pretty sure Rota don't produce forged wheels, although I may be wrong.

However if you want top quality then you don't go Rota, personally speaking.
