Good body shops around the midlands

Hi guys,

 

My Z has a touch of rust around so I'm looking at getting a complete respray. Anyone know which are the best body shops around the midlands to get this done? The rust isn't too severe but the silver is looking a bit aged so I'm thinking it's probably best just to give it a respray, it'll be in the same colour.

 

Anyone know approx how much I should be paying for it also?
