Show weekend in my local town tomorrow, its a car meet by the beach I go to regularly but this one is a celebration one so more cars ( 200 ) food, music and fun, weather set to be scorchio and all for free !

 

I will be representing the modern BMW section with my M6 and to that end have today to prep and ready it, ( been in the UK ) bearing in mind the bumper is still off and is dusty as hell... going to be a fun afternoon....better get started !

3th anniversary of the monthly meeting of classic cars of armação de pêra

Sunday, 2 April 2017-10 a.m. to 16 p.m.

 

On this day, are expected about 200 classic cars to participate in this initiative of Junta de Freguesia de Armação de Pêra, Football Club "and" Os Armacenenses Amigos dos Veiculos Classicos do Barlavento, of which account With the support of various entities and businesses of our parish, borough and region.

 

In addition to the usual concentration of classic cars, there will still be other reasons of interest to join us, in particular: Supply of gifts and souvenirs to all owners of vehicles participants; you eat and drink with emphasis on the "Pig on a spit"; "truck stage" with musical animation; raffle of prizes; birthday cake; and other surprises that we have been preparing.

 

In this way, we appeal to the owners of classic cars, so they understand, that if you do follow up of prizes to be drawn among all the participants in this special date.

 

As you can see, the reasons to join us are more than many, so that we are counting on your presence to brighten this day even more festive in armacao de pera, that which is already considered the biggest and best monthly meeting of classic cars in the region In The Algarve.

Not to that no, the Z isn't eligible and times limited. It's a nice wonder about thing though as I've been before. There's a few different ones. We also do different themes down at the harbour, bike night, soft tops, yank night etc. Gets very busy.

There is also a big event each year, bit like Brighton speed trials without the actual speed trial (so not really :lol:) old formula one cars, monster trucks etc. Think airshow for cars. I did arrange for a club stand a few years back but had no takers.
