Right, did an internet balance transfer thing for the £20 new subscriber membership, it said 'confirmed', then the app committed harikari and all its 1s and 0s leaked fell out, so I can't check or confirm that the payment actually went through, so, err... yeah. Could someone confirm/not please! Thanks!

Right, I've re-dowloaded the bank app, sorted it all out with their phone people, and it's actually worked this time! £20 should be with you guys any time now.
