I've just contacted the ace cafe on booking a stand for incarnation it's on the 22 of April on maderia drive in Brighton

 

Good free show particularly if we get the weather.

 

Please post if you interested so I can eventually give them an idea of numbers

 

I've also asked about having our own night/ meet at the ace cafe.

Given the lack of numbers there's not much point convoying in,

 

I'll post up the times and the stand pass later, I've hopefully got a gazebo turning up for when I go to the fueltopia events so I'll probably set that up.

I'm planning to get the early as I'm local and my zeds not particularly healthy if these is traffic to get in anyone who wishes can meet me ( sort location later) but I'm looking 6:30-7 arrival , there's normally alot of traffic so I'd suggest you try to arrive 8 ish,

 

 

 

 

Entry

Site access is from 6am Saturday 22nd April 2017. The Event organiser will need details of any support vehicle. VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT INCORPORATED AS PART OF YOUR DISPLAY ARE SUPPORT VEHICLES. This can be advised by writing to vasilis@ace-cafe-london.com with the number of vehicle passes required, passes for these vehicles will be issued on the day. These passes allow vehicles to park in the support area car park at no fee. Should you not advise the event organisers of these vehicle standard car parking charges WILL apply.

 

Exit

Exhibitors are not permitted to pack up/move exhibits until after 5.30pm Saturday 22nd April 2017.

 

Stand Build/Breakdown

All EXHIBITOR/CLUB constructions must be completed by 8.45am Saturday 22nd April 2017 ready for inspection by the event management.

The event terminates at 6pm Saturday 22nd April 2017.

Subject to agreement from the event organiser, on occasion it has been permitted that, exhibitors can commence breakdown from 5.30pm, however, support vehicle cannot be moved from the support area until after 6pm.

 

Vehicles

All vehicles that are not part of an exhibitors display or construction are to be moved to the support area by 9am Saturday 22nd April. The support area is on Madeira Drive coach parking, East of Dukes Mount. Event staff will be available to direct you to the support area if you are unsure. A site map will be at the Control point.

Just to clarify, we are exhibiting as a member of the Ace Cafe club or 300zx club? What about entrance passes?

I've got passes, and yes we're down as 300zx.co.uk, I'm having trouble uploading from my phone so I'll do it from my laptop later

Thanks Ash, just trying to work out time to meet Chris at the services, realistically this is gonna be a long day, what is the latest I have to be at Brighton, 8 or is later possible?

They say they want stands done for 8:45 and no cars moving after 9, but there is normally slot of traffic and last year cars were still coming in well after that,

It's looking like 4 confirmed zeds, if anyone else is wanting to come or even a maybe can they let me know asap, we have a 12 car stand, but I'm going to get some other cars on it too, otherwise we'll have no chance of a good size stand next year.

Ash, i am about 2 hours from Pease Pottage services mate, if i was to meet with Chris and whomever at 08:30 at the services, to be down in Brighton by appox 09:00 would this be OK?

Think that might be pushing it a bit, I'd say leave pease pottage 8:15 at the latest.
