Does anyone know what's happening regarding the group buy on these?

I sent my cheque off in August/September.....the last response I had to my enquiries was in early November when I was told that they would be 'around another three weeks'.

 

What is the situation as far as you other guys (that ordered them too) out there are concerned?

I spoke to Chris about it at the last midlands meet and the problem had been that the original supplier couldn't meet the demand and had to get someone else to make them.

Don't know when he was expecting them though.

Im sure Chris will reply soon but no need to worry, Chris is a sound geezer who will deliver ;)

The kits are now ready but I have to pay the near £1000 for them all and I'm afraid I can't do without that kind of cash from my account at Crimbo (not fun at any time to be honest!)

 

I haven't cashed any of the cheques you guys sent me and didn't think it was fair until it was all finalised.

 

Someone said cheques have a date limit on them, is this true?

If so I might have to send them back to you all and get new ones... First I've heard though.

cheques have a 6 month expiry by default, unless marked otherwise.

Chris - let me know if you want replacement cheque. I think we all understand about not shelling out another grand from the account around Christmas!
