UK Zed for £20k!

I'm not bashing it or saying it's explicitly not worth it... but that's a helluva price....

Their sales pitch is a little odd though:

STUNNING FUTURE CLASSIC 300ZX - , ONLY 2 OWNERS FROM NEW - OWNED FOR 15 , YEARS - VERY RARE CAR - TWIN TURBO -, UK CAR - TARGA ROOF - FULL BLACK LEATHER, ELECTRIC SEATS - RADIO-CD - , FULL NISSAN SERVICE HISTORY - STACKS OF RECEIPTS BILLS - ALL PREVIOUS MOT'S - TOTALLY ORIGINAL UNMODIFIED LOW MILEAGE EXAMPLE - ALWAYS BEEN KEPT IN A GARAGE - ORIGINAL RADIO-CD PLAYER - 2 KEYS - HPI CLEAR - ABSOLUTE GEM - VERY HARD TO FIND ONE IN THIS CONDITION MILEAGE - DON'T MISS OUT - VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY - GOING UP IN VALUE BY THE DAY - IDEAL INVESTMENT - FIRST TO SEE WILL BUY!! The 300ZX is a sports coupe for all seasons. Some find the aggressive 'bottom-feeder' looks slightly odd, but they have dated well. It handles beautifully for a large car, is super-quick in a straight line and is relatively spacious for the driver and passenger. All UK models were 2+2s, although the rear seat space is predictably laughable, designed for those unseen folk with legs less than two inches in diameter. The twin-turbocharged engine is a muscly, if somewhat characterless unit, but the whole package gels very well. The 'T-bar' targa roof is easy to remove, but is quite heavy, coming apart in two pieces and leaving a strengthening spar behind. Equipment levels are reasonably good, with air conditioning, anti-lock brakes, central locking, cruise control, electric windows and mirrors and the option of electrically adjustable leather seats.

Very nice car. It is worth pointing out though that you'd get a late JDM model in perfect condition and with

Mines up for sale in grey ..UK car 82k miles at £6995 and only had timewasters ...who knows !

Ok I will say it then. Its a ridiculous price and worth about 1/4 of that tops.

I love the 300zx and all but there is a lot of delusion about pricing the damn things. Would love to know what their SIV is on that car...probably about £500

I'd be very surprised if it sells for that kind of price.

I'd love it to, don't get me wrong... I just don't think the market's quite at that level yet.....

Let's wait & watch...

Agreed, let's watch and wait. It's worth what someone (not necessarily you or I) are willing to part with for it. £20k is pocket money for many people in this country, some (stupid, potentious and extremely wealthy) people spend more on dinner out. Let's try not to talk it down. It sells for what it sells, if it sells.
