Hi, don't know if this is an appropriate post, but wondering what my Zed is worth before posting it up for sale in the Classified section?

Have been shafted on ebay by non-paying bidders twice now, so thought I would try it on here where there are people genuinely interested in these cars.

1991 NISSAN FAIRLADY 300ZX Z32 3.0L N/A AUTO 2+2

Any input would be gratefully received.

PS, This isn't an ad, I'm just asking the question!!

IMO I would say £2-2.5k tops. NAs don't fetch anything like the TTs and unfortunately, and autos are slightly less desirable.

With that said it is in good condition and not tatty at all.

(Based on condition and other NAs ive seen sold in the last couple months)

Also OP you must take into consideration that you are in Aberdeen, so not many people will travel that far north to pick up a car worth £1k.

It was sold on Ebay for .......

Winning bid:

£1,220.00

So according to market forces that is what its worth.

Appreciate you’ve been messed around on eBay, but the winning bid should still be a reasonable indication of what the car is worth. I think you’re much more likely to get £1,200 than you are £2,000+. If someone was willing to pay £2,000 then surely they would have outbid the guy who offered £1,220…

buying from registered member

And this is how a "Whats my car worth " thread by a registered member turns into a for sale thread. Its so unfair to members who are subscribed . £20 lets you sell everything you have on the forum plus you have all the other extras.
