My tension rod bushes are showing signs of deterioration and I wondered what the best replacement option was?

I've read about a lot of issues with polybushes causing suspension damage over time. My car isn't lowered, so I don't see much point going for adjustable rods. Are oem bushes the way to go?

standard bushings are not available separately... you will need to purchase a complete tension rod if you want standard bushings.

Closest to standard bushings are the Nismo bushings, which are available separately.

Thanks for the reply. Is the U.S. the only place to get them from?

Do the rose jointed type affect road noise or ride harshness?

Ive fitted plenty of poly bushes to tension rods no issues whatsover, the rose jointed bushes are lightly to fail eventually as they are meant for track use.

The reputation is from the early ones I think. I had ES tension rod bushes myself for about 3/4 years without issue. I'd actually prefer them to rose joints.
