Noted I actually put the one off zebedee on for the test so it was properly restrained. I did have one of those z spec ones fitted but the nut worked loose and the back rod dropped out and has been lost on the road somewhere so till I get time to make a new one I'm looking for a std one.

Although my MOT tester is very "understanding" when it comes to my zeds he is no geeezer.

Same item is used on other Nissans, including the dreaded Micra  so don't restrict your searching to just Zeds.

Hope that helps
