wheel spacers

Hello guys. Ik can buy some 2nd hand wheels from a R33. The front need spacers though. The guy has some hubcentric spacers that bolt on but the original lugs are protuding out of the spacers so the wheels can't be mounted. What should I do. Buy shorter lugs or buy these :
