Well i only just figured it out yesterday, after seeing a couple more on the road , we had the Duxford Air Show just down the road, and they usually have car groups there, so i reckon that was it. Whilst sitting in the garden and after a couple of Spitfires had flown over, i heard this almighty rumble coming and when i looked up saw this

 

It was quite a sight, multiply by 10 and it gives you an idea what it was like in the war...

 

Quite a weekend really.
