May 19, 20169 yr I was after some advice. I've just removed the cats from my 1989 tt manual, because they're blowing. I wondered if these would fit? http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-300ZX-Z32-TURBO-NON-TURBO-STAINLESS-STEEL-DE-CAT-DECAT-DOWNPIPE-EXHAUST-/230713275628?nav=SEARCH It concerned me that the ad states that they won't fit cars with pre cats. I've always been wary of removing the cats in case it reveals any turbo issues. There is no sign of any oil in the turbo elbows, is this a promising sign?
May 19, 20169 yr I would like to think that non turbo downpipes would not fit tts because the pipes come from the turbos not the manifold. But I could be wrong.
May 19, 20169 yr Author It states that they will fit turbo's and non turbo's in the ad. They look similar to what I've removed, but I know that doesn't guarantee anything!
May 19, 20169 yr They should be fine mate, as the n/a manifolds have an extra bit where the turbos would be on a tt. Also if you and an oil issue with your turbos on the exhaust side it would show up as blue smoke out of the exhaust whilst running.

The other bit they concerned me was the statement that they don't fit cars with pre cats. Does my car have pre cats?
