I just bought some silicon hose and cut it to length.

The inner diameter is 30mm btw

As Jeff liked it, I'm sure it will do the job.

I bought it from autosiliconehoses (they have an amazon store). I bought a length of 250mm so that i had enough pipe for 3 sections and then some in case i messed it up. it was about £5

I haven't tested yet but i hope that the clamps on them will put enough force for a seal with the silicone

Do as Ali suggests. Use the spring clips provided stock, hose clamps like Jubelies are a nightmare in that position.

If your clips snap when getting them off (as mine did) I have some extra i can send to you.
