....... and still they come, the continued arrival of zeds with corrosion requiring welding attention is at the busiest ever, I guess this is inevitable really as the cars get older and spend more time in the UK weather and road conditions.

 

The floor on this one has had to be repaired, seeing this more often too now, the sills had been repaired before as you can see with ocean`s of filler !!

 

At least it is another one that will be saved by the Zedworld welder, should have some pics when complete.

 

A reminder to all that the sills, floor and wheel arches are slowly corroding away, do not be fooled by shiny paintwork unless they have been done correctly, the design is flawed and will eventually succumb to the dreaded tin worm so be on guard.

My first Z was rotten their too (above), along with the sills all the way along to the front, but I always though that part of the floor was an odd place to rust through.
