As my front shocks are cracked, I am looking for some temporary replacements that I can use before I overhaul the suspension.

Ideally I am only looking for the front two shocks but as that isn't very useful I will be happy to buy the whole set if price is right.

So has anyone replaced their coilovers and have an old pair going spare?

(Condition must have no cracks or any other signs of damage)

Has anyone got any stock front shocks in their Zed cave I can buy please?

Hi Ali

No promises just yet but I'm going to look at a breaker at the weekend.

It has Springs and dampers (Tokico + Eibach).

If I get it they won't be coming off straight away because I will need to move it around but you can have first dibs if you like.

Cheers

Thanks, I will need to fit them before July, so that's really the timeframe I'm looking at.

If it's a help for you moving it you can have the coils back if you want.

Alic you can buy mine ,

Dude I'm not buying half a set of coilovers for £200...

Just get some stock used ones for like £100 of eBay. You can change them out when you've got a few quid. Secondhand adjustable ones don't come up very often.

That's what I'll have to resort to. And they don't have to be adjustable.

If I get my car up in time on axle stand you can have mine for some beer money

Thanks, very kind and solid club spirit. I'm evaluating my options at the moment.
