I took out the panel underneath the steering wheel to try and install my ebc.

Can anyone give some insight into what any of the wires might do? Aftermarket/stock

Green wire unconnected near the box on the panel I took off. Possibly an earth?

Also a yellow and white wire together wit connectors on the end, but not attached to anything.

Then last in this photo is the plug above, not attached to anything? Using horrible crimps.

Another picture of the same place

Then this was in the radio cubby, coming from the dash.

I'm guessing the copper wire is an earth, but what about the ones that lead to a plug, maybe for defi gauges?

Probably I'll just leave them all alone, but worth a shot if anyone recognizes them

The white plug looks typical of a turbo timer loom, the wiring behind the radio is just a mess haha. Can't quite work out the plug from the pic but where does it go if you follow it? Quite possibly an old dc changer lead or something?

That's weird because I have the turbo timer that was unplugged from the car, and was looking for the wires for it, the plug and colours of wires look wrong though for the one I have.

Is there a guide to taking out some more of the dash, I have to remove a defi gauge controller box, and find out where the boost controller wires come through the firewall.

I'm sure your zed had a boost controller or turbo timer fitted when Martin had it but was all removed as I saw the nest of wires in his garage when I popped over there.

Best to ask Martin as I'm sure he will tell you.

Yeah it was removed, I have it on my desk next to me. It uses a different plug to that. The whole reason Im disassembling the dash is to find the connecting wires to plug it back in

It's a blitz sbc i-d
