I'm having all my driveway dug up and new paving laid next week, I'm considering using a urethane matt finish sealant as soon as it's laid before it gets dirty or weathered, just curious to know any thoughts from anyone who has used such a sealer, would use the Resiblock brand as it seems to be the market leader for this type of sealer.

i have layed a lot of drives in block paving. the matt one look better or satin, the gloss ones look a bit naff. pay the extra money a get a top brand one, do a test on a few block first as i have seen some drives go missed colored when the seal goes on when its dry you can end up with a miss match of shades. role it on in one go per coat. dont say do half them the next day carry on you can get a join mark that looks crap. use a good foam roller dont use a brush

Cheers guys, I think I will do it while it's new, As said Resiblock brand seems to be the leader having their product used in such places as disneyworld means it's good enough for me to park my zed on when it's out of the garage.
