Its even more of a pain that I have to drive right past the Museum to get there but they wont fit in the Zed! If I am lucky I may be able to stop on the way to say hello at least. As a club at shows, in my experience we seem to just park the cars on the stand when we arrive and leave them without giving too much thought to the layout of the cars. At this show, what are the chances that we can form some kind of a parking plan to make the cars look more placed? I appreciate this would not be an easy task and not something I'd want to take on myself(!) but if we can settle on a "formation" in advance and have 1 or 2 dedicated "marshalls", I think it could make them look much prettier collectively and provide great photo opportunities. There doesn't have to be any order of who goes where, just guidance for whoever turns up first to whoever turns up next in an attempt to continue the chosen pattern and keep the positioning consistent. I believe we have to have dedicated marshals as part of the museum's T&Cs - Lexx, Harby and JaiKai (IIRC) did exactly this at the 2014 Coventry show. I also think we had a plan back then, where the cars were arranged in crescent formats starting in a sweep from the side of the Museum entrance. Then again it might have been how the guys marshalled us in on the day...:wink: I have something to say............
