Don't know if any of you saw this already, but there is currently available from Japan a complete Veilside Evolution exhaust for a 2+0.

 

If you know about this exhausts systems you know how hard they are to come across, you also know that finding one for a 2+0 is almost impossible, and brand new too? Unimaginable.

I think it was around £640 yesterday. Assuming that will go up but wed then have someones fee to buy it and arrange stuff for us (I think unless we can do it ourselves), shipping to the UK, important duty and 20%tax on it.

Auction closed at ¥103,100 which is £644.68 at today's rate. On top of that you will need to add a transaction fee, commission, shipping (which can be as much as the sales price) and tax. It adds up quickly but I think it is worth it.

You could pay around that for any new exhaust today.

Truth, but having had a 4 sets of exhaust my self, one of those a Veilside and currently an AB-Flug, and also seeing and hearing a dozen different others, I have to say that the Veilside beats any other exhaust exhaust currently in the market in sound and build quality. That is not saying the AB-Flug is not a great exhaust the build quality is as good as the Veilside (I think they were built/made by the same company back in the day) but the sound of the Veilside is definetly unique.

I love my Veilside exhaust like. I would like another for my second zed - shame I sold the spare I had
