time to start a thread now so wil have a go loads of pics to up load so will start with some parts i have

once the brakes have bedded in and the clutch i will fit the big injectors 740cc and get it mapped will fit the race logic traction control then if not before. i have a few more things yet to add to the car but there once its on the road have a few more surprises yet to add

got the rear shelf cover thing fitted. done oil and filter change fitted the rad and over flow tank finished boost leak test fitted the grill mesh and new bumper brackets fitted wing indicators put new coolant in new power steering fluid fitted maf using the stock one for now will fit the duel filters same time as i fit the bigger injectors for the remap. its ready to fire up now have a few bits to do inc fit bumper just waiting for alu so i can make my own duct should be on the road by the week end

the new rad shroud turned up from japan only taken 3 week i have out my old one on now but will swop to this in afew weeks. also new door trim seal . made a start on the home made intercooler duct what a load of pissing about bumper on and off about 20 times to get the dam things to fit had to walk away for a bit as was getting pissed off with it

 

Nice work on the intercooler ducts, could do with a set of them:thumbup1:

i have z1 massive intercoolers using the stock ducts is no good so just made some lot of messing about to get them to fit

BTW the car is epic. Im liking the fact that there are no gaudy coloured trinkets littered everywhere inside or out.:thumbup1:

fitted the clear indicators but wanted them led to match the rear led tail light indictors so made them led to bit of pissing about had cut them open then used smd orange strips tacked them in place with glue then used tiger seal over the back to keep the water out. turned out well some pic and a short vid

i now have to wait tilll tuesday the mot place i use the new lad there wont do it til the boss is back due to having no cats but its pre 92 so should be tested as a non cat car but he wont have it i know the boss like so will have to wait non

yes i had a go round the block does not feel like it used to what so ever hicas gone wider rubber koni damper lower spring and fill polly bushed it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better really is feel like a car am used to handles good
