I did read somewhere that DHL were the only company that are licenced to carry pyrotechnics, fireworks etc, so may be able to transport air bags.

It seems most sellers don't care about it and will just hide what it is and not tell the transporter. But if it does go bang I'm sure the repercussions would be massive!
