Hi after reading lots of threads and guides for installing boost controllers and gauges, they all seem to be for LHD. I know the components are the same but still is confusing. I am keeping the EGR for now but want to delete the Avi,s and PRVR. Getting to the wastgates is a pain I assume it's easier from underneath.

So far.

This could be long winded so il try to make some short cuts to you.

Use Robos 300zx page guides for the deletes. That will outline all the vac diagrams show you how to's etc.

If you decide to remove the stock boost solenoids then do not go all the way back to the wastegate. It's a serious pita getting to them for no real gain. There's a T assembly, go from there. With them deleted until you hook up the EBC/MBC you will be limited to 7psi, wastegate pressure.

When you do the boost controller make sure the lengths from each wastegate to the controller are equal as possible.

Started to get to the t pieces by the wastgates today, they were really hard to get to (I have big hands:lol:). Most of the work is done one handed or even one fingered, with the help of very long tools. I find most stuff is accessible with one finger. Now the little metal clips you need a lot of patience and very long nose pliers or curved would have been better what a nightmare. I ended up cutting the drivers side off then cut it and peeled it off.

Passenger side was a lot easier to get to but still could only get two fingers on it.

Drivers side only managed one finger on this one and the clip was facing towards the block spent about an hour on that.

Boost sensor.

Going to install a manual boost controller tomorrow, money is tight. I would say this is not a job for someone who does not have a lot of patience it is a real pig of a job. I just need to run the wires from the sensor into the car.

Did you do a cruise control delete or is the solenoid somewhere else for later series models? My cruise control thing is where you have holes in that picture and i don't have that reservoir. It seems like you have more cables there as well as that's where my boost solenoid is mounted.

The cruise control unit does go there just moved it out of the way, extra cables for new boost sensor and old plugs still there.
