I may be getting this totally wrong but isn't this something that phutumsch can do? Andy??? Don't you do these mods?

And I'm talking about the lit shades for the quarter lites before FunkySi get all funky again..

Anyway, not that I'm trying yo wind you up Si, but variety is the spice of life mate.. One man's chalk is smothers cheese and all that..

I don't think you can say that the mods changed people's opinions on the car at all. They may have changed yours but they certainly didn't make them any less attractive to me.

I now own a full veilside kit which is about to be sprayed to match my bodywork. I like the look of my car as is ( I know the bonnet scoops make your eye twitch a little) but i decided that if I have the veilside kit, I can change it up every now and then..

Personally speaking, I love seeing what people do with their own car. It shows some creativity, some personalisation and shows the love and time and effort they put in to their cars..

Just like the human population, acceptance and tolerance is the key to inner peace..

C'mon now funky... Deep breaths... Let it go...

I'm sure he could do them pretty easily but they wouldn't be genuine Altias.

I am going to Andy's tomorrow for some work on my rear panel/dash/pods and couple of other bits, I shall enquire if this can be done by the wizard of lights :-)

That's absolutely correct Dutch, they'd be much better as they'd be our very own phutumsch ones!

Given time I think Andy will single handedly illuminate every Z in the land..

And one day you might actually meet up with me... Well, it's a possibility I think?

Are you sure you live in Sandy bedzee? It seems there's this black hole appeared between luton and Bedford... I think I may have been sucked in somewhere along the line..

Ha ha, I know what you mean, never enough time dude, either getting work done on the Zed ready for the summer or keeping the tribe happy :-)

After this weekend tings should settle down a bit. Thinking of Modfest, hope we can drive down together on the 20th?

Probably - I'd like to get an illuminated center panel at some stage!

Well I'll be going for definite as my mum lives round the corner so can get a visit in there too as I haven't seen her since Christmas.

I'll hopefully get round to getting my centre panel sorted this summer but ive got some headlights I'm planning on having sorted first.. Seen a set done with gold film over the insert that looked ace for my car.

I won't be starting those til my interior is finished which I'm hoping will be done by mid March.. Then the dreaded Mot due in may. So gonna be quite skint and very busy for the next few months I imagine!

Look at the golden headlights...

They should look great with the phutumsch halo treatment!

So looking around for some stuff to sell to inject a few quid in to the project!

Nice one Paul, looking good mate :-) Will post up the work phutumsch did on purple haze yesterday, when I finish work tonight :-)

Those ain't my ones bedzee, but that's what they'll look like when I'm done with them and then they'll be off to phutumsch for the halo treatment..

It's all in the pipeline, but I'm still walking round cupping me nada incase the wife sees my bank balance! I'm praying she dint go in the shed for a while cos all the evidence is laid out in the form of many Z parts.. Lol..

If I don't make it on the 20th, you'll know what to tell the police... It was the wife!

Looks to be a rather nice example of the type (less so with mismatched glovebox and tacky looking dials).

Project 1547 - Out of the Blue

She's so fine, there's no tellin' where the money went - Simply irresistible.

Looks very similar to tulip's slicktop. Version S too by the looks of it.

Note the Powerzed sticker. And what the **** is with that battery wiring, are they earths?

Does look a tidy car but then we've heard all that before, it is tempting and if it was nearer i'd be looking at that, another Z on the drive........oh i can feel even more neighbourly love coming my way !!

Plus i'd get my hands on those altia's and with it being same series as mine, swapping out, interchanging, etc, will be childs play.

Plus it has the proper rear SWB mudflaps Andy :) I think this is a very nice Slicktop which just needs a few changes to make perfect.

I'm pretty sure this Zed was one I gave a quote on for the interior a while ago... owned by an older guy called Keith, if I'm right.

He's got a 2+2 TT as well - I think that's at Jimmer's gaff as we speak.

The interior could do with an upgrade or even the right match for the glove box would improve it a lot.
