Luke at the Zcentre sells them Rob, I'm waiting till I have the Z up and running before I get one myself, I don't think they've come up second hand.

Also try http://www.interior-innovations.com. I reviewed (on this site) a Double Din panel I bought from them a few months ago. It did not actually come from the States so no import tax - and with reduced postage. Overall significantly cheaper than the equivalent UK retailed item.

I've got the interior innovations one, I had to file down the opening to get my pioneer unit to fit which I was pretty peeved with after paying £100 for the thing. The outer bezel that came with the stereo won't fit over the front as it's too close to the edge of the fascia so if you look reeeally closely you can see my handywork but overall pleased with it really. The brackets they sent with it were pretty rusty but that sort of thing doesn't bother me, you can't see them, and I reused my original ones anyway I think.

My Clarion unit fitted directly to the Interior Innovations DD panel. I also reused my old mounting brackets. However I assumed that the supplied outer bezel was a 'edge gap filler' rather than front-of-panel finisher and fitted it (around the back of the aperture) i.e. between the rear face of the DD panel and the front face of the head unit. No mods necessary and it looks OK.

Richard Smith, our Club Secretary had an awful experience with Interior Innovations, he received poor communication and had to chase them for months before finally resorting to opening a complaint to PayPal, search on here and you'll find it, he eventually went with Luke at the Z Centre and was happy with what he got:thumbup1:

That's not to say necessarily that the product was bad, but having to chase them for months is really unacceptable.

The Zed centre item is from Zed Thirtytwo in the USA - and from what I hear, the over-all quality is much the same whoever you buy from. But Interior Innovations proved a major let down in customer service, so it was worth paying a little more from the Z Centre; just to guarantee a good service.

 

But as the OP is based in Australia, he is still reliant on an over-seas supplier. Nonetheless, I am sure Luke at Z Centre will prove reliable!
