ok so been thinking about this for a while and in my head i seem to think it would work. but head and reality are 2 different things.

we know with the aid of a bracket that 350Z discs can be fitted using the stock calliper on a 300, and that same set up can be fitted on a 240sx also with a 300 calliper. so reason stands the platform is the same and the bracket that allows more room for the disc should fit both 300zx and the 240's. reason im trying to work this out is because the brackets for the calliper are easy to get and with a set of 350z brembo discs would be a good option for a simple brake upgrade??

i have no real experience with 240's or 350's but my breaks need doing and while im there would like to upgrade without spending mega money xD

Your proposing to use the 350 disc with the 300 caliper right. Using a relocating bracket. Tbh mate I'd save your money. The kit fails to make proper contact, the pad is the same size and realistically if your brakes are naff, the caliper is normally the problem.

Unless you plan on tracking the car, in which case those brackets won't help much at all, if any. I'd get your original calipers rebuilt and get some good quality (brembo are a good price) discs and pads. The stock brakes are limited by the lack of grip on the tyres as a once of, their failing is they cook quickly and fade due to the weight of the car.

well my breaks are ok just need new pads and discs callipers are fine xd

I have this exact set-up on the front of my car and, even with somewhat suspect calipers, the braking effort is markedly improved. :thumbup1:

I can't help on the availability of the brackets though, as mine were purchased secondhand but unfitted.
