Very sad news indeed

 

Just found out from all the David Bowie super fans on my Facebook newsfeed

First heard Bowie in the 70's when my neighbours daughter blasted out the music of Ziggy stardust for all to hear...so different and as a youngster I couldn't quite get a handle on him.

 

spanning the generations since, I don't think there has been or ever will be such an inventive and artistic artist. Brilliant!..... RIP Starman.

I worked on the sound and vision tour 1990. David was an incredible Artist, much more than a songsmith, his influence on my youth cannot be stressed enough. RIP Mr Jones, thanks for the memories :-)
