A/C Blower Motor Resistor

got a problem with the blowers not working so some digging has thrown up either the blue relay behind fuse box easy enough to check with another but how can i test that the blower motor resistor is not at fault without buying another one?

    If you have a multimeter you can check if there is current coming through and if the right resistance if that helps
