Indicator side lights

Featured Replies

Somebody might of fiddled about Lee in the front corner and i think it could have a different indicator stalk assy to enable it all to work , one wire in the corner becomes live when you have the dipped on, so of course this goes to the bulb and shares a ground with the indicator bulb.

really,

I've owned about 5 zeds now and this is the first.

That's what Jeff told me anyway

But they not usually bright enough to light up the next lane Are you sure it's in the indicator and not a fog light ?

Most Jap spec Z's have them and they are on my swb. When you put your indicators on (at night when your lights are on)the kerb light will go on that side to help illuminate that corner of the road.

New cars are only catching up with the 300zx technology now with lights that move when you turn the steering wheel which is a more updated version of the simple kerb lights. :)

That position yes but they only come on when you independently signal that side, usually that position on a 89 spec lens as a drilled out 501 bulb and holder so it won't really light up the road like Lee said............think he'd had a long journey !!!

ah right... these are not the 89 spec lights on mine with the drilled out bit... I got them off Ian earlier in the year and they have a proper bulb holder. Not sure what spec they are but they match the lines on the fogs
