Hello All,

 

Some of you may be shocked at the title because yes Japfest has changed its venue from the Old faithful (Castle Combe) to the new shiny Silverstone.

 

 

Quite a few things have changed this year with the booking process, so please read the below instructions carefully. What will be staying the same is that we have a combined stand with the 350Z/370Z club and Z Club, so it should be a good turn out for the Z's.

 

New Self Service Booking System

 

Japfest have changed the way club bookings work this year, meaning that individual club members can book their own tickets and vehicle passes for the clubs stand. Please follow the following instructions for a successful transaction:

• Club members must go to http://japfest.co.uk/club-info to book their tickets
  
• Select your Club (Z Club) from the menu and enter the Club's Personal Password - 215.408
  
• Proceed to select required tickets and place order - Make sure you choose 'Club Vehicle pass' to get on the club stand.
  
• Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of payment
  

Club space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The deadline to book club tickets is Friday 18th March, subject to space availability.

 

If you have any difficulties, our club support helpline is available on 01959 543 724 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please call this number and do not PM me as I have no access this year.

 

Club Ticket Prices for 2016 Per Person

• Club Early Bird Package £48 - includes show entry at Japfest and show entry and pre-show camping at Japfest Rock! (previously Japfest 2) and Japfest Motorsport Heroes.
  
• Club Weekend Camping Ticket £28 - includes show entry and pre-show camping.
  
• Club Advanced Show Ticket £18 - includes show entry.
  
• We're also offering Early Bird Tracktime exclusively to clubs on the famous Silverstone National Circuit at just £30 per 20 minute session, saving £5 when booked before 31st January
  

When updating the list please put your username, ticket type wanted and when you have purchased. This lets us know how many we have attending.

Yep , I've got a 89' n/a swb ... Been painted in pearl white with a Matt black roof... Had the interior retrimmed in black and red.

Blimey!? That's a bit of a leap in numbers from the 12 on the list! Lol.. Glad to see so many will be there this year, it's gonna be great to see a sea of Z's!

Wot no Gaz? Was looking forward to meeting you after missing you at the JAE.. Thinking we need to organise an Irish event sometime.. Ive never been to Ireland, got a lot of friends over there but never made the trip. Maybe we could organise something to get a bulk of cheap tickets for the ferry over some time.. It'd be great to do a cruise round Ireland, from what I've seen its a lovely place.

Yep, would love to tour Ireland in my Zed with a few others. Ritchie mentioned doing something similar on another thread, really should try and get something organised if poss.

Yep,as I'm part Irish and been there loads of time working,never been there in the zed....so come on guys (Gary) lets get something organised? Show or just a tour,as working there isn't the same as taking in them great views :)

Yep, I'd love to pack the fishing rods in the car and take in Ireland.. Stop off at some nice scenic spots for a spot of sea fishing.. I've only ever seen Ireland in pictures and TV and I have to admit I am drawn to the emerald Isle.. I love the British coastlines and never go abroad for holidays. Venturing to Scotland in March for a salmon and trout fishing weekend on Loch lochy.. Ireland is gonna be done sooner or later and a tour with some fellow Z nuts would be great!

 

Just have to edit cos I read it back and realised that it sounded like I was implying Ireland was Britain.. I meant I stick to holidays in Britain but would like to visit Ireland.. Well, you know what I mean! I have a few Irish friends and they would have jumped on me! Lol..

Thanks for keeping this thread going. We have over 100 interested members now over the three forums.

Club ticket deadline is the 18th March. All tickets purchased after this date will be in the public car park.

111 Z's on the list with about 10% that haven't paid, its going to be big. One week to go until the club stand deadline!
