the only sill repair panel for the outer is for the rear section they are around £75 each plus vat from the centre it's worth asking mike at mjp though as he used to be able to get them.

honest opinion any welder/fabricator with the right knowledge should be able to make the panel to repair the sills guy eastwood did mine (he used to do the sills for zed world) top class job and by the time he had filled & stone chipped etc you wouldn't know they had been done. plus i didn't need to buy repair panels his number is 07721 014097, he is based next door to drayton manor park

Cool thanks for the info. I was trying to buy the bots to make it easier on myself. My welder is going to teach me o weld and help me along the way. He suggested it would be easier if I could locate some ready ones

If its the back, search Littlebird on here. FYI, I have his number.

As for making them and fitting, I'm going to suggest dasstech garage. Real good guy IMO.

I have all the rare bits you can't find :tongue:

Making replacement sills that look right is far from easy on the 300. They have a compound curve in them so you can't just fold the metal.

I replaced both of mine with new Oem items including the reinforcer panel inside. I seem to remember they were about £250 per side so not a cheap job but the only way to get a perfect finish.

I found these:

This doesnt seem to include the sill running from the rear arch to the front arch, just a small rear section of it? Is that right?
