Hi Guys

 

Stephen here. I am based in Dublin Ireland. I bought a rough 1990 twin turbo for €500.

 

I have had to replace the rad and gearbox oil cooler also the Inter cooler pipes.

 

I need help sourcing a passenger side front wing and one original 16'' alloy as it came

with a space saver spare wheel on. Also, I need new pads and disks all around. I also

wanted to ask about wraps as opposed to resprays.

 

I would greatly appreciate any advice you can give.

Hi Stephen have you any pics of the car ?. discs and pads depends what your after you can get decent enough discs off ebay and use ebc pads just depends on whether your planning upping the power significantly I would advise if calipers are ok just a full set of discs off ebay with i think is it red stuff pads dont get drilled just go for grooved as the drilled ones tend to warp. also is yours an auto i presume have you considered converting it to a manual ?.. if your stuck with anything and need proper advive contact mark derby at automodz.co.uk he has a facebook page and i think a website now that u can email him on.

The alloy wheel will be an easy find plenty on ebay but I'm sure someone on here will have one or two knocking about for cheap.

The brake disk and pad situation well Jakai recently bought a vented disk and Mintex pad set for front and rear off eBay for around £200 .

I'm sure also the front wing will be an easy find there's plenty of breakers around too.

Welcome to the club Stephen:thumbup1:. It's good to have another Irish member. I think one of the lads (Ciaranz) has a few parts for sale on Adverts.ie, he's based in Leitrim so put 300zx or z32 into the search on Adverts.ie and you should find him. For the price of wrapping a full car I'd personally save up a few extra quid and get a respray, these cars can have rust issues which a wrap will hide until it's too late, whereas any rust spots will be spotted and treated with a paint job:thumbup1:

Welcome. I'd also suggest trying CiaranZ as he had a car for breaking. There's also a car being broken in Meath that probably still has wheels available - it's on adverts.ie.

I've a set of 4 original alloys Steve, I also have a set of 19" TSW Catalunyas with tires?
