Window rattle question

Ok

 

A while ago now I bought some new window nylon runners online from a site in the states ( conceptZperformance) got them and installed them but still have the same rattle, by browsing the net it seems that these nylon runners are meant to have a cap on each to make it fit snuggly in the runner., mine did not come with any! does anyone have some for sale? and also has anyone else had this issue? without the caps being supplied as ive read that they don't send them out with the nylon runners.. ..
