UK Spec Silver dials

Hi guys, I'm selling off a few bits and pieces in the next month or so to fund getting the Z back running.

The first thing I have is a set of UK spec Silver Dials, these cost me £140 plus postage, These are rare enough to find nowadays, their brand new, never used and have only been fitted to a set of clocks for fitment purpose. Looking for £100 posted.

Surely if they're UK spec the Imperial measurement would be primary?

Disregard, the sun has got to me

Anybody got a set of these fitted so we can see what colour they light up?? They have a switch on them so probably have a range of colours.

Im guessing Blue with a dimmer switch

Cheers Ian, you hardly have any pics??

I have the EL plasma glow dials fitted to my white zed, they have a switch to change them from blue to green illumination and they have a dial for dimming.

Im assuming that if these are EL then they are most likely Blue, just an educated guess though.

Cheers Ian, anyone got a set to show off the colours? They are nice, well made quality dials and different to the usual stuff :thumbup1:

I have these they are one of the best aftermarket dials I have seen for a z. Yes you can fade from Blue to green and also set the illumination intensity. So they are not in your face while driving at night. An absolute bargain to be had here!

Am I correct in saying that whoever fitted the ones in the pics had removed the bulbs for the needles as they should be glowing red??

the intensity of the glow is as the pictures show its very good and evenly spread, i had a set on mine taken off some months ago....gone back to origional with blue led backlighting ....the colour change ( blue green )stopped working..( the switch became faulty but it can easily be replaced ) very well made piece of kit ....i kept my needles illuminated though ..
