Hi guys is there a easy way to get these energy suspension diff bushes into the subframe do I need a puller thanks .

    then wind the nut in and the bush will go it it did take a few goes but did go in, you need some stub big washer 2 nuts i also put a socket inside the bush so it wouldnt destort as i wound it in
