With reference to my last post ( rough idle when cold) I checked the temperature sensor plugs and replaced as they were badly corroded unfortunately that has not sorted the problem. I know my coil pack plugs are in a bad way but I have checked them all and cleaned them and made sure there connections are tight. I still have the problem the car runs fine after about 5 minutes of driving. I have adjusted the TPS to the correct voltage using a guide on here and I have reset the ecu for the adjustment as it states in the guide. This is where it gets odd I started her this morning sounded like she wasnt running on all cylinders so I pulled each coil pack to notice the change in the engines behaviour however two which I pulled made no difference! I decided to drive it to a local garage and just before I arrived the car had corrected itself and now runs fine???? Lose connection maybe? Electrical gremlins? On this note is there anywhere I can buy a complete coil pack loom in good condition with good plugs? Or even just plugs with the wires attached so I can connect them all properly with electrical shrink tubing. A gentleman on here had some but unfortunately they have no wires attached and I think I'll end up snapping most of the original ones trying to 're fit them.
