Guys recently there was a post about someone who installed new Volvo washer jets. As 1 of mine is blocked and the MOT is looming at the end of the month, its the first small job to be done. Have tried clearing the blockage but with no luck.

So if someone could let me know the Volvo model they were from I would be grateful.

That would be me! :)

They came from a V70. In fact, here's a link to the exact ones you'd need:

Si did you have to modify the bonnet in any way to fit these or do they just "pop" in?

The clips on the Volvo ones are on the sides, where the Zed ones clip at front and back. So you have to put them in "sideways" (so the nozzles face the side of the car, rather than the front) and them twist them into position.

No bonnet mods necessary at all :)

Mine has some of these too. One thing I will say though is that the pump seems a little weak for them, though that being said I only tried them on ignition, not with the engine running, so perhaps the battery was going a little flat at the time since she's just been sat for the past month.

Just a heads up Howard but I thought one of mine was blocked but it turned to be the none return valves on the water jet tubing. I got new ones from a pet shop that sells fish tanks :)

Thanks Gary, definitely the jet as I took off the hose behind the jet and the water poured out when I pressed the button.
