fully synthetic...

I use either Castrol GTX 10W 40 semi synthetic or Mobil 1 Super 2000 10W 40 semi synthetic. I do between 15K - 20K miles a year in my 93 TT Zed and change the oil and filter every 3K and it runs a treat.

I've been using valvoline max life part synth 10-40 in mine recently. Stopped my front seal oil leak. Engine seems happy (100,000 plus miles on it now) the last 2 people to service it "forgot" to change the seal. I'll do it myself next time.

I'm using Castrol Edge 5W-40 fully synthetic now and it's running well. I do notice the oil pressure is dropping more at idle, nearly to 1kgf/cm2 as opposed to 2kgf/cm2 previously (don't know what oil was in it). I believe 10W-30 is recommended but it's very hard to get here.
