Help diagnosing in staffordshire?

Is anybody willing that is local to me help me fault find my code 14 error on my 1992 UK, I am now down to trying clocks and a hicas control unit.

 

I'm in Stoke on Trent, staffs

    Up to you mate i am waxing the wife's car tomorrow but if you want to come around you can have a go at the clocks and try them I have got to go work at 5pm
