i am a new owner of a well lets put some what unique 300z. purchased last light.

 

i am an avid tinkerer. i have a had a few jap performance cars, skyline's, subaru's, sx's and many more. Never a 300 though.

 

i can see and you can probably see that i have my work cut out for me. but looking forward to the adventure ahead.

 

its a 1991 300z auto twin turbo.

 

i will upload some photos soon and show you what i am up against.

finally got round to proper inspecting this car today. i have my hands full.

 

i have a lot of work ahead of me.

 

work done today.

 

fitted new battery.

fitted fog light into revers light holder

replaced slit hose

ordered some goodies off eBay and amazon :)

checked spark plugs and coil packs

 

work to be done tomorrow

 

fit tein coil overs

buy new front tyres

MOT (wednesday)

figure out why its misfiring and has intermittent power problem

remove body kit (i know every one is excited for me to remove it. but i need replacement front wings and i will need some universal arch extenders as rear wings are mashup!!!)

fit a stereo

remove vinyl wrap

get re sprayed

fit adjustable arms (camber, toe rod, traction)

lock HICAS (Helping idiots control a skid)

how good are the ecus on 300zx as adjusting to power modifications ?

as far as i can tell the only upgrade that has been done to this is hard intake pipes and duel to single exhaust conversion. cats are still there but one seems to be blowing a little from the top.
