the prob is it can take a few good weeks to see plus its in food you eat with out even knowing keep going tho

Definitely seen an improvement from this past week without gluten, but not as drastic as I would've hoped!

Takes upto 4 weeks mate for the nasty stuff to clear then BINGO!!!

Yes....and no, not sorted. Frequent showers and high toilet roll consumption are how I deal with it.

Like a typical man, I never have been to get it checked out. Tell a lie, I have, I was asked to give blood samples and poo into a little tube. I can't cope with having blood taken; last time this happened, I passed out at the wheel of my car due to system pressure drop and ended up spending the rest of my day with my head down the toilet.

I haven't given them turd samples as I've always done the turd....or slop before I've had time to go grab cling film for the toilet to catch it! When you have IBS, when you gotta go, you HAVE TO GO!

Strangely though, I haven't taken a dump in 4 days. So that's getting slightly concerning. I've been doing a lot of flying lately and whenever I fly, my guts just come to a complete standstill.

I'm rather surprised at the number of people answering yes to this.

I am convinced it's because of modern processed food AND life stress that the human body has yet to be able to adapt to.

you need to go docs. i found its insoluble fiber that gives me bad gas and bloating also milk and wheat to. nothing worse not going for a shit for days dude. am having a 3d bowel scan in the next few weeks as mu dad had polyps that you need to remove if you have. if ye bloacked up and have ibs you need to start hitting the soluble fiber. not the insoluble ibs sufferers need soluble. insoluble is the devil
