Well Im a happy Automodz customer...... and by way of proof Mark has posted a pic of himself working on my track day slicktop plus a picture of my blue slicktop on his trailer!!

You did well Mark and you have come a long way from model shop owner to garage owner :thumbup1:

Seconded. How you've progressed from four years ago from full time model shop owner and zed noob, to professional mechanic. I remember you buying that car and blowing it up  that first year was a baptism of fire I suppose. I see it's there in the pics too, is it finished now? I lost track of it a year of so back after the engine build, you should do an update with some pictures. It's got plenty if goodies on it I'm sure I'm not alone I wanting to see what you've done with it.

Glad to see business is booming and now you have scaled up you can have good 1:1 service for your customers. Congrats

Zed Noob at the time but i was a Mechanic way before i had the model shop ... I worked at Rolls Royce ( Engineering ) for few years .. than that led to Few Employed Jobs with in the Garage/Mechanic world. Most of my Life i have been Working with Cars really came from my Dad .. Pushed me in to it following on what he used to do

with the model shop .. well that was odd one as i didnt intend in doing it .. it was just a hobby at the time and decided to Open an RC track with a group of Lads .. the Local Shop owner

offered me a job to Run it for her then that just led to me taking it on as my own biz but even tho i had the Shop ... i was working from Home .. and it was consuming all Hours

and with the RC ind taking a decline in sales ... well... i am now here as my own garage owner .. :)

yes the 1.1 service will be better now seems i can Let the Apprentice do some of the Normal jobs

That's a work placement to be proud of mark, working for rolls. the work those boys do is incredible. I'd love to hear about what you used to get upto there. I watched a programme on them a while back and it seems like a very interesting factory.

Spotted my car on one of the lifts in one of those pics :thumbup1:

I am also a very happy Automodz customer & can vouch for Marks work:thumbup1:

Mark had my beloved Dutchess in a few ago for a subframe swap, polybushing, steering adjustments, clutch & flywheel change, unexpected Turbo change, MOT, geometry set up & a few other bits & pieces and to say im pleased with his 1-2-1 service & updates is an understatement. After a 3 year break & Marks handy work it was an amazing feeling to drive her down to Castle Combe for Japfest and take her out on the track, she's a completely different animal now & I cant thank Mark enough. Highly recommend him to you all.

Keep up the good work mate

Yup - I could not have said it better myself!

Keep it up Mark...

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Well done Mark you've come a long way since coming in your little van to collect that engine off me a few years ago!
