hope we are all well, been a long time since i posted a thread, thought i would have a night off running, working and worrying about our son to arrive and have a few beers and a catch up with the forum

 

im always on looking but dont have much time these days to get involved in much so just keep quiet, still zedless and will be for the forseeable but ya never know whats round the corner

and i dont jog, i run, just done a personal best of 1:44:44 for a half marathon (13.1 miles)
