do you have anything in your car which has absorbed moisture?

Remember if you wipe the screenwith a cloth and then put it in the car the moisture from the cloth just ends up back on the windscreen,

apart from that, its just the time of the year when cars do that, thank god it isn't icing up yet :)

Put a condenser in the car. ;)

I found that taking the T-Top Blinds off helped me. Allows the sun to get in and warm it up quicker

I have found this also. The heated rear screen doesn't work on mine which makes reversing close to some railings and round a corner into my garage a 'mare.

My windows don't seem to clear away unless both windows are down and the roof is off - a problem at this time fo year!

I am wondering if this is a heater fault. I will be getting Jeff to look into this problem in 10 days when my car goes into him.

Ivan:D

hmmm sounds odd. That's a lot of condensation. I keep mine outside and use it most days - don't get this problem.

come to think of it when i first had the car it had been valetted and the carpet was very damp, maybe we havent had enough dry weather yet for it to get all the moisture out the car, the passy side targa does drip a bit also, and my rear hearted screen dont work either, roll on summer ........

keep the aircon on for a while as in dont switch to econ for the next few weeks. The dehumidified air will help dry it out inside. You must have a leak though or damp in your carpets.

Willie

Yes, with economy air con, you get condensation at this time of year.

Maybe you have rain running in between your door window and the frame ?

Also, what are targa top blinds ?

Targa top blinds are like shades that click into place on the underside of your targa tops! good for when its sunny, so not very often in this country!

My car never came with any !:(

Do they cost a fortune to buy?

One of those things that probably cost a fortune from Nissam but reckon ANDY may have some 2nd hand?

Try driving around with both your windows open a few inches(except if it's really chucking it down) and as was said earlier put the aircon/climate on as warm as you can stand it(22-24).That should do the trick until we get some sunshine again.Roll on summer I'm sick of all this rain!

F.T.

The reason your having these problems is because you probably got a rain leak some were which you haven't spotted yet. Thats where your getting your condensation from.

Or you're getting in the car with wet coat, shoes etc.

Or, heaven forbid, your heater rad is leaking !

Definitely a leak somewhere in your car... I drove my Zed all last winter - sometimes left outside overnight and condensation was not an issue at all.

Run full aircon for a bit or get an in-car de-humidifier. :)

Or fix the leak! :p (If you can find it, of course - it could be the targa top seals.)
