Hi all,

Been looking at updating the style of seats to go with the new style of body work. I've had various types before but I'm liking the newer style that you see in more modern cars like the Audi RS4 or Golf R32.

Do you think these will suit the zed? Bit different from the norm but they look comfortable compared to many I've looked at.

Most look like they have no padding at all.

Thanks Dan

One thing I think you'd have to be wary of is the height of the seat base itself, Dan - a lot of modern seats sit a bit higher than (for example) Recaro Speeds.

Add to that the fact that you'll more than likely end up with no height adjustment on them and you could find that the driving position is a bit on the uncomfortable side.

That said, you've already updated the exterior so I think a pair of bang-up-to-date recliners would set the cabin off very nicely indeed! :thumbup1:

I think they're a bit fussy. Nothing beats a nicely trimmed set of Recaro CS'

I honestly prefer the Speeds / SRs myself. As much a classic as the LS was :)

Thanks for the reply guys! Mondo you are right I had problems with my sparco bucket being to low. But when I fitted the cobra daytona's they was perfect height.

These ones do have tilt adjust but I guess it's trial and error getting the height right with different models.

They're a fine seat, was looking to get these for my pickup, ended up getting Konigs instead.
