I have just installed a engine in my zed which I removed from a donor car. Could anybody tell me the correct way to plumb it in as I can't quite remember how it was originally done. At the moment both the hoses from the actuators are connected to the boost solenoid com pipe. What I need to know is where do the other 2 pipes go which T-off on the other side of the solenoid. Can anybody help please! !!!!

It is a greddy but an early one, at this precise moment not sure. I will have a look tomorrow. I think I have sussed it now earlier tonight. I had a pipe missing to the o/s throttle body hardpipe which connects to the boost solenoid. The big o/s balance bar pipe connection goes to o/s bov. But a question I could do with answering is, at the front by the maf there is a boost sensor with a tube off of it, where does this connect to????? can anyone help???????

There's only 2 stock boost solenoids as such which are down on a brass plate on the turbo, they look like this;

Then the actuators for the wastegates on the turbos themselves;

You have a loop these two are within this which is how the safety boost works.

The EBC tricks the actuator to seeing less pressure, this opens the gate later and at higher overall system psi. Some have only one solenoid on the EBC so you take your two Wastegate feeds the 6mm ones Tee them equally and run a single to the ebc solenoid. Like this it's the yellow lines your interested in currently and your boost sensor for the dash is in the other side as that's an American diagram;

If you google robos 300zx page there's loads if diagrams and write ups that will help you.

Thanks Steve that diagram solves the problem. I also have a boost sensor by the maf. It is part of the main loom with its connector right next to the maf connector?

Can't say it's something I've seen myself, are you sure it's a boost sensor? Maybe it's not stock, a picture might help.
