people like that need to be reported to office of fair trading?

Here is the address :

http://www.oft.gov.uk/

I would give them a shout - see who you shuold talk to - as there are so many people out there in the used car business who are just total Shark's. The sooner something is done about people like that the better - Note the garage i bought my Z from is no Longer in business - those who have been on the forum for a while can probably guess why !

Z ya

Nico 91TT

Grass him up.

I have been conned by used car dealers in the past (though luckily not on my Z) and they need sorting out.

Glen mate,

I would seriously shop this twat big time!!! Trading Standards and OFT, you were lucky that you got your money back but don't let someone else get duped by this excuse for a person!

It's not fair on other Z people, who have saved up their hard earned wonga only to be f**ked in the ass and drive away in a wreck!

I'm lucky that I'm in a pos. to sort my car out, working in IT I do alright, however my Brother who works for a supermarket as a manager and now has a kid to look after isn't in the same financial situation as me. Result, 18 months legal battle and exasperated financial strain in court/solicitors fees etc. £500 just for a court date, plus the worry of whether or not he'll actually win.

It's your duty to grass this f**ker up!

"stunning condition" Yeah.... the mechanic you take it to would be stunned that you payed that much for the heap !

Mate... shop the gits ! You'd never forgive yourself if in a few months time some poor bastard comes on to the forum saying he's just bought a Z and it's made his life hell. Just one quick call will have this guy investigated....move fast while the car is still there.

YOU can make the difference soldier ! *salutes*

Even more important than repair bills - safety!!! If this car is really in this state then it sounds as if it could be dangerous to me.

Get this guy shopped before he hurts somebody, or even worse........ You get the picture!

Andy

Just considering implications of a call to the authorities suggested.

Considered it.

Fuck it.

Done.

10/10 Glen, let us know what happens, hope he gets nailed...probably not though, as car dealers in this country seem to get away with murder!!!
