Depends how stiff. Is it packed with assembly lube? Were all the components marked and reassembled exactly the same?

I can turn by hand but it's not as loos as it was before I didn't pack with lub on the bearings or shaft just gave them a smear should I take it apart and do then nos

Main thing is... Were the original parts marked/indexed? Or are you planning on having them balanced anyway?

Yes mate I marked the fins front and back and reused the old nut on the front as I marked that too with the blade

I was under the impression that unless you had them balanced you were wasting your time? One of mine was tighter than the other but they both rotated extremely smoothly. I also took a 5ml syringe and injected clean oil a few times into the turbo oil feed. I dunno if that was right or wrong but it just seemed like a half good idea before firing the engine up. Don't forget to crank the engine over to get some oil circulating before you fire it up for the first time.
