usb bluetooth

If I were to get a USB bluetooth connector, do you think that would work if I plugged it in to a consult to USB connector?

Just wondering if that would work with programs like torque or datascan or android and that

Thanks Lee

Lexx - they've not had them in stock for donkeys, nor do they bother replying to contact emails so its doubtful they'll get them in again.

I bought one of the Bluetooth connectors from eBay and all the bits to make that Bluetooth but it didn't work. Could be my terrible soldering skills thought I guess

Just resurrecting an older thread.

Lee - Was it this guide you followed to turn a normal consult connector into a Bluetooth one?

With Datascan already on Android, and Torque Pro in development the bluetooth option is the one I prefer.

My soldering skills are up to scratch, but I want to see if anyone else has attempting the DIY guide as above.

Pretty much. I have the one I made here and a track electronics one. I'm wanting to try them both on a standard car as Nistune ECU apparently doesn't work. So I want to check the adapters work or not
